Jerry Kraus specializes in partner and group placements at top law firms. He is responsible for conducting searches and securing partner placements at AmLaw firms, Chambers-rated regional firms, and boutiques across the country. Jerry also advises those in the government relations and public policy arena working with Members of Congress, Senators, Chiefs of Staff, and high-ranking government officials transitioning into the private sector at top law and lobbying firms.

Jerry is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record of creating successful strategic talent programs supporting aggressive business growth in highly specialized and competitive domestic and overseas markets. His demonstrated success in people and project management combined with excellent communication and relationship building skills allows for successful collaboration with all levels of leadership within both the legal and lobby space.

Prior to joining Gaulding Legal, Jerry operated in the federal contracting space for 15+ years in program management, resource management, and talent acquisition roles supporting contracts with the U.S. Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, and the Missile Defense Agency.

Jerry obtained his BS from the University of Phoenix and his MS from the University of Maryland.
