Kristen Hartofilis, Esq. is a Director at Gaulding Legal, where she partners with law firm clients to support strategic growth through associate and partner placements.  

 

Before transitioning into legal recruiting, Kristen practiced for nine years as an employee benefits and executive compensation attorney at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.  In that role, she regularly advised executives on employment, compensation, and severance matters.

 

Kristen earned her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Pace Law Review.  She received her B.A. in Economics, with a minor in History, from Duke University and was a member of Duke’s women’s lacrosse team.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, watching her children play sports, and exercising.
