Stacey Gaulding specializes in partner and group placement at AmLaw 100 firms, Chambers-Rated regional firms, and highly regarded boutiques. She has effectuated several mergers of firms and is regularly called upon to provide strategic advice and consulting to firms looking to grow specific practice areas or venture into new markets.

In addition, Stacey has worked quite extensively in the government relations and public policy arena and has deep knowledge of the lobbying space. She has worked with Members of Congress, Senators, Chiefs of Staff, and high-ranking government officials transitioning into the private sector at top law firms, lobbying firms, and companies.

Stacey practiced law for many years prior to her recruiting career and has transformed that knowledge into the recruiting field. She has a personal understanding of what companies and firms are looking for in a candidate and balances that to match the goals of the candidate. Her success is a direct reflection of the commitment, accountability, and integrity she brings to each search.

Stacey obtained her BS from Virginia Commonwealth University; her JD from St. Mary’s University School of Law; and her LLM (Taxation) from the University of Miami School of Law.
